• When shall I get a confirmation of my place at the event?

• What is the Amazon Creator Summit Event?

  • Be part of an exclusive 2-day event built to inspire, connect and equip you for Prime Day deals. The program begins with a pre–welcome drinks at the hotel on Sunday 31st May, followed by a full day of product discoveries, immersive activations, expert insights, and meaningful connections. Plus, the ultimate tips and tricks to maximize the shopping event and boost your sales and earnings to new heights. 

  • Following the Monday 1st June day programming, there will be a welcome dinner and party in the evening.

  • 1st June: Convento do Beato, Alameda do Beato, 1950-042 Lisboa and the welcome dinner location shall be shared closer to the event date but will be local to the event space.

    • 19:30 - 00:00: Dinner

• Who is responsible for booking my travel?

  • You are! Meaning Creators must arrive in Lisbon, Portugal no later than Sunday 31st May and stay at the venue until at least 16:30, 2nd June, so any flights booked must accommodate a 16:30 departure at the earliest from the venue. Attendance is required for the following durations - Day 1: 10:00 - 18:00 and the evening event  and Day 2: 10:00 – 16:30.

    • You are responsible for booking your own travel to Lisbon, Portugal (flights, trains), and transport to/from hotel / airport / train stations.

    • You will be required to book travel arrangements that ensure you attend all parts of the event and check in to hotel when expected.

    • A contribution of €400 or £340 for guests invited to the Amazon EU Creator Summit for your travel logistics. This can be used towards any travel.

    • You will receive the €400 or £340 contribution if you spend more or less than this agreed figure.

    • You will be asked to provide a PayPal account in order to receive reimbursement, and you will receive these funds 7 – 10 days following your attendance to both days at the event.

 

• Do I need a visa? 

  • Depending on your nationality and the purpose of your journey, you may need a visa or an equivalent form of authorisation for every country you enter as part of your journey — even if you are only connecting from one flight to another — known as a transit visa. This is in addition to a valid passport. It is your responsibility to determine whether you require a Visa or not. If you are from outside of Portugal, please check using the following website to see what is required (https://vistos.mne.gov.pt/en/short-stay-visas-schengen/general-information/who-needs-a-visa#exemptions-from-the-visa-requirement). If you require a Visa the cost of the Visa will be a part of your reimbursement allowance.

• Who is attending the Amazon Creator Summit?

  • Creators from each local city will attend the Amazon Creator Summit, it will be a great opportunity for you to connect with some of the most inspirational creators. 

​

• Which speakers will be at the event / which topics will be discussed?

  • All will be shared in due course.

​

• Can I bring my spouse / partner / friend / photographer?

  • You can bring a spouse / partner or friend to Lisbon but they will not be able to attend the event activities on this occasion in any capacity. You will be responsible for arranging their flight and all costs will be at your own expense including, but not limited to, flights, transfers, increased hotel costs (double occupancy and breakfast charges) and other additional expenses.

• My agent/manager always attends work events with me, will they be able to attend the event with me? 

  • You can bring your agent / manager to Lisbon but they will not be able to attend the event activities on this occasion in any capacity. You will be responsible for arranging their flight and all costs will be at your own expenses.

• I have a baby or young children, can they attend with me?

  • Sadly, children are not invited to join the event however please reach out to your Amazon Creator Manager if you have a newborn baby or specific circumstances that require you to travel with your child.

​

• Can I bring my pet?

  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the event.

​

• Can I choose my hotel?

  • No, your hotel will be pre-selected by our logistics team. If you wish to stay at a different hotel, this will be at your own expense.

​

• I want to amend my hotel reservation?

  • If you want to change your hotel requirements or extend your stay at the hotel that Amazon has booked, please contact the logistics team: rsvp@anotherastory.com. We have managed to negotiate special rates for you regarding rooms extensions, as long as the room is the same standard. The special rate is the below:​

    • Pre-nights (from 29th to 31st May) - €250 single BB / €265 double BB

    • Post-nights (from 2nd to 4th June) - €235 single BB / €250 double BB

• Who do I contact on-site if I have any hotel issues?

  • Please visit the hotel reception first. If there is a query, they are not able to solve, please email our Logistics team on: rsvp@anotherastory.com.

• Who can I inform about my dietary requirements?

  • You can specify your dietary requirements during the signup process in the registration form. If you need us to update your requirements, please contact our support team:  rsvp@anotherastory.com.

​

• I have become unwell during the trip, what should I do?

  • If there is an emergency, please call 112 and contact the logistics team onsite on rsvp@anotherastory.com.  If you are at the venue, please visit the reception desk for assistance.

​

• When will I get reimbursed?

  • Your reimbursement will only be processed after your attendance to both days at the Amazon Creator Summit, for the following durations - Day 1: 10:00 - 18:00 and the evening event and Day 2: 10:00 – 16:30. You will be asked to provide a PayPal account in order to receive reimbursement, and you will receive these funds 7 – 10 days following your attendance to both days at the event.

• What must I attend to receive my €400 or £340 travel reimbursement?

  • You must attend both full days the Creator Summit (Day1: 10:00 - 18:00 and Day 2: 10:00  – 16:30) and the evening event. If you do not attend both full days at the Summit you are at risk of not receiving your full €400 or £340 reimbursement, this will be at the discretion of Another A Story.

• What happens if my total travel costs exceed the Amazon travel allowance?

  • We would love for you to attend the event, so we are offering a travel incentive to make it easier for you to join us. All guests are receiving €400 or £340 to contribute to their travel expenses. If your chosen travel route exceeds this amount, please note that any additional costs will need to be covered by you

• What happens if my travel is less than €400 or £340?

  • If you spend under the allowance, Amazon will still reimburse €400 or £340to guests.

​

• If I fly elsewhere after the event (instead of going back to my home country), will those flights still be covered?

  • Yes, your travel is covered up to the cost of €400 or £340 regardless of your departure and return destination.

​

• I have had a change in plans and need to cancel, what do I do?

  • In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the Amazon Creator Summit please let our Logistics team know by submitting emailing our Logistics team at rsvp@anotherastory.com by 14th May, 2026. If you do not attend the Summit, unfortunately your travel costs will not be reimbursed. See the T&Cs for further info.

• How do I get to and from the Amazon Creator Summit venue from my hotel?

  • Return trips to and from your hotel post check-in on 31st May you will be looked after by our logistics team. Transfers will be organised from the hotel to Convento do Beato, these times will be added to your event programme.

​

• How do I get to and from the Welcome Dinner / Party?

  • Return trips to and from dinner / hotel will be looked after by our logistics team.

​

• Which meals are included as part of my stay?

  • 31st May: Welcome drinks only, no food will be served.

  • 1st June: Breakfast is included as part of your room, at the hotel. Lunch will be provided onsite, and Dinner will be hosted by Amazon at a surprise location.

  • 2nd June: Breakfast is included as part of your room, at the hotel. Lunch will be provided onsite.

  • There will be snacks and drinks provided at the venue throughout the day.

• Is the event accessible for wheelchair users or those who cannot walk far?

  • Yes, the Event venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

​

• Am I able to choose my flights?

  • Yes, please book the flight that works best for your personal needs. Please note Creators must arrive in Lisbon, Portugal no later than Sunday 31st May and stay at the venue until at least 16:30, 2nd June, so any flights booked must accommodate a 16:30 departure at the earliest from the venue.

​

• Are the transfers to and from the airport provided?

  • You are responsible for organising your own transfers to and from the airport both in your home country and in Lisbon. This will need to be covered within the Amazon travel allowance.

​

• Does the venue have a cloakroom?

  • Yes, there is a cloakroom at the venue.

​

• Where and when is the dinner?

  • The dinner shall be on the 1st June and the location shall be shared closer to the event date but will be local to the hotel.  

​

• What is the dress code for the event and evening party?

  • We want you to feel comfortable and fabulous, please avoid graphic tees with brands directly printed on the front for videography purposes. And of course, bring out your Amazon Fashion products! There will be a TON of photo moments perfect for your Amazon Storefront.

  • For the welcome dinner, we would encourage you all to be dressed to impress! Think GLAM as there will be a photographer taking pictures of which you will receive post event

• Do I need to check out / bring my luggage to event space on 2nd June?

  • If you are not staying for another night at the hotel, we suggest that you do take you luggage with you to the venue and then make your way to the airport or next destination from the venue.
